McConnell-Skinner Bridge Design & Permits
USI Consulting, an Indianapolis based engineering, surveying and design firm, was retained by the Trail Committee to design and secure permits for a pedestrian bridge across McConnell Skinner Ditch. During the Fall of 2010, the Cornelius Road Trail segment was extended along Cornelius Road from the Wawasee Boat Co. east to the Pleasant Grove Road intersection. Primary funding source for this section was the 2010 Wawasee Property Owners Association “Cottage Tour” proceeds.
