  • New Trail Construction

    Check out some of the great new trail going in around Syracuse: This section where Pickwick Dr. crosses SR13 will be a lot safer with the new pedestrian light. And this section will help kids get safely to the new elementary school.

  • Conklin Bay Boardwalk Estimate

    We have received a preliminary estimate for the cost to construct a nearly one-mile long trail segment that will include a boardwalk across the Conklin Bay wetlands and a trail parallel to SR 13, to Grandview Drive. *$1.7 million*. For more information see this Inkfree Press article.

    Syracuse-Wawasee Trail Committee met Monday night to discuss several ongoing trail projects, as well as updates on existing projects. Plans for the Conklin Bay portion of the trail were discussed.
